Welcome to the Tribes and Nations Fairtrade Coffee and Tea Cart service where our professional espresso machines and baristas combine with organic Fairtrade beans roasted especially for your day. Your group will experience the full flavour of beans roasted that week while being served with style and professionalism. Our cart comes ready to serve anything from a macchiato to a lush 30% cocoa hot chocolate or frothy double shot cappuccino with extra full cream milk! While enjoying this service our posters gently remind your guests that they can enjoy well because this coffee has paid the farmer a living wage!

Our espresso machines range can be tailored to your context and budget. The compact Espresso Pod Machine (Blitz) is perfect where you would like to serve your guests in the same area as conversations or even talks are being held. Whisper quiet and efficient it delivers a great espresso coffee with our world quality Ethiopian Harrar bean. Alternatively, where the machine can be located separate to the quiet places the whirr of our grinder and hiss of our 2 group Boema machine will produce fine espresso for your guests. Better still, on payment of your deposit we can send you samples of our Nicaraguan, East Timorese and Ethiopian so you can choose the coffee for the day!
Why stop there with this service when for a little more you can offer your people a full range of Fairtrade teas. We provide all that is needed to make anything from English Breakfast to Green tea blends to herbal infusions from Darjeeling

Here is what a standard day would look like for a Tribes and Nations Fairtrade coffee cart.
We arrive one hour before the event start time to prepare.
We will set up as much as the following as you wish:- Espresso coffee machine and barista; hot water urn with a range of self serve herbal, black and green teas; milk, lids and sugar with small bins for rubbish.
We serve your guests one by one with hot espresso coffees and they help themselves to teas from our broad range or organic herbals, greens and standard (Black, English Breakfast, Earl Grey). Standard service includes the biodegadeable BioCups but if your location has short crockery cups (espresso pod machine, max height 96mm) or mugs (Boema 2 group espresso machine) we can use those.
Once the event is over we will take about 40 minutes to pack up and remove any rubbish we have contributed ourselves.
For churches and charities where this event is a fundraiser 100 extra cups of coffee or tea can be contributed for a full day and 50 for a half day.
PRICING
Boema 2 group
Half Day (4 hours or less) $390 for one barista and one espresso machine.
Full day (8 hours) $690 for one machine and one barista.
Tea service add $88
Additional hourly rates on application.
For an extra barista add $170 for a half day and $290 for a full day. We recommend using an extra barista if your guests number greater than 200 or if you need very fast service in a short time.
Blitz Pod machine
Half Day (4 hours or less) $350 for one barista and one espresso machine.
Full day (8 hours) $630 for one machine and one barista.
Tea service add $128
Additional hourly rates on application.
Maximum size mugs are 96mm tall on this machine if you would like to use your own crockery.
INCLUSIONS
Half day inclusions are 100 espresso coffees and 100 teas. After this figure is reached we charge $2.50 per espresso and 90 cents per tea. Sugar, milk, espresso coffees, lids and self serve teas (via our 20 litre urn) will be provided by us.
For an extra barista you receive 40 extra cups free.
Full day inclusions are 200 espresso coffees and 200 teas. After this figure we charge $2.50 per espresso and 90 cents per tea. Sugar, milk, espresso coffees, lids and self serve teas will be provided by us. For an extra barista you receive 80 extra cups free
TRAVEL COSTS
Prices include travel in the vicinity of Parramatta to the Blue Mountains. Beyond this range we will charge $1 per kilometre return.
